This is one of our favorites from the pre-wedding picture fest. We used this for some of the thankyou cards, which hopefully will go out tomorrow or Monday.

I have ALOT to do, my head is all over the place so what do I do? post a picture. Here's a picture from the honeymoon. Before we left the port on the cruise they made us all put on life vests and go to the life boats that we are assigned to. We were on number 12...yup. Well that didn't take up much time... okay I'll try to work again. I'll try to stick one or two of our favorite wedding pictures up sometime soon.

We created and assembled all the programs and wedding favors. Next shaving the candles so they fit into the vases and sewing covers for all the chairs at the reception.

When we put on our new shoes and pointed them to the television the tv got all snowy then we all started levitating and before long we were sucked into the TV. Crazy I know. 

Someone needed a pillow



Would your mommy lay down on the middle of the floor in mervyns to test out a pillow? 

A mini rant because that is all I can take

You know when you plan to go to a real movie (i.e. not a dollar movie) and you save your money and you show up early to get in line and you wait for over an hour in line to get in the theatre and then 5 minutes before the show the workers just go and lift the velvet hangy thing and let people into the theatre who just barely showed up? I feel like this immigration amnesty stuff is like that; majorly cutting in line in front of people who have been putting the work and time into doing it legitly.

Any ways daniel and I decided yesterday that being informed is sometimes just not worth it. It just makes you frustrated without any opportunity of chaning anything.

Just some pics from last night's show. Rotten Musicians won a city weekly award "Best shout down". They got a plaque and all. Apparently they've got some fans in the staff. We got to go to a little party with free food (yes always a good thing) and they performed. good times.

Today I received this reply to a mass email and I thought it was too funny not to share. Welcome to the world of philosophers.

For those of you who wish you were southern, when you write "ya'll", you probably mean y'all. 'Y'all' is how you abbreviate you all, not 'ya'll'. In the south we say that if you can't spell 'y'all' correctly or are uncomfortable about how the word looks, then you have no business trying to
appropriate it. Interesting that southerners haven't then applied this to our own butchering of English.
This is mostly tounge in cheek so don't be too offended.

Some times you see drivers and you realize that it would be best just to get out of their way. So today I witnessed a 70+ year-old woman hit a car (with her own) and just drive away. yeah. I went into the store and told the worker and sadly it was his car. Some kids overheard me and asked their mom "what makes that lady think she can do that?" The mom said "well maybe she didn't notice" you know desprately searching for a way to answer her child. And I was thinking "well there are just some bad people in this world, who think they can do whatever they want". Speaking about people who they are above laws...Cynthia Mckinney?
